RETURN & EXCHANGE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. SHIPPING When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will take 2-3 business days to process your order. Please allow up to (3-5 business days US) or (6-10 business days International) for your package to be delivered after the processing period is completed. Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order if you need it by a certain date. Please order in advance to allow for delays that may be out of our control. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will NOT offer reimbursement of shipping cost. LOST SHIPMENTS QueenEssentialsCollection is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. PAYMENTS Our preferred payment method is Stripe (pay with debit or credit card). We accept the following payment types: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone.
